Abstract

Concrete is a mixture consisting of cement, sand, gravel, and water. To get good quality in the process it is necessary to add additional materials (admixture or additive), waste, or other materials with a certain comparison value. In this case, the use of granite and natural stone waste as a material for making concrete is quite potential because the waste of granite and natural stone as a material for making concrete is easy to find. In this study, a destructive method testing is used make concrete. This study aims to determine the compressive strength of concrete by utilizing waste granite and natural stone as a material for making concrete. In this study 12 (twelve) cylindrical specimens are used with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 300 mm, with a percentage increase in granite waste of 0%, 8%, 10% and 12%. The test is carried out after 28 days of concrete in accordance with ASTM C496-90, then the cylindrical test specimens are tested with a compressive load using a CTM (Compression Testing Mechine). The planned compressive strength is 25 MPa. From the results of the study, the normal compressive strength of 26.09 MPa is obtained. On the addition of granite waste with a percentage of 8%, 10% and 12%, the compressive strength is obtained at 24.58 MPa, 22.69 MPa and 21.28 MPa respectively. Addition of granite waste to normal concrete actually reduces the compressive strength of concrete. The higher the percentage of additional granite waste, the weaker compressive strength of concrete becomes. In this study it is concluded that the compressive strengthof normal concrete is higher than that of concrete with the addition of granite waste

Abstract

This study discusses poverty dynamicsand its pattern wherethe significance of the study is to accelerate implementation of poverty alleviation effectively. The study method used is mixed method, quantitative and qualitative. The result of study in 2016-2018 indicatedthat number of people who moved out poverty (mover) larger than who move into poverty (faller).Meanwhile, povery pattern indicated that number of people who experienced transient poverty (50.12 percent) larger than number of people who experienced chronical poverty (48.63 percent). The implication of the study is not only number of people changed each year, but also their poverty status. Therefore, up dating of povery data must be carried out regularly each year

Abstract

Theoretically, development of the city depends on labor resources. Generally, labor resources of the city come from periphery area. Developed infrastructure is a factor that mobilized labor resources from periphery to the city. There are two alternatives to the workers who come from periphery area; first they can stay in the city by renting apartment or the second as commuter. Many of the workers choose as commuter, so it is quite interesting to know what factors influence workers make choice as commuter. It is more specific whether factors such as income, length of work, age, distance, education level, and marital status influence the interest of workers to conduct circular migration. The analytical tool used is logistic regression analysis, Binary Regression Logistic. This research is a descriptive study that uses quantitative analysis using 1 dependent variable, namely interest in migration and six independent variables, namely income, length of working, age, distance, education level, and marital status. To achieve these objectives in this research logistic regression analysis was used, namely Binary Regression using primary data as many as 80 respondents. The results show that above variables; income, length of working, age, distance, level of education and marital status simultaneously and significantly influence on interest of workers in doing circulation migration to the Mataram City. Factors that partially influence significantly on the interest of workers doing migration to the Mataram City with a significance value with an alpha level of 5% are income, length of working, distance and level of education. While the age variable and marital status is not significant in effect.

Abstract

Terminal Dara is the center of community activities in meeting the needs for movement from one place to another with various purposes used by the people of the of Bima City and Regency. Terminal Dara has experienced a decline and an increase in the number of transportation from year to year; this condition makes facilities and operational performance at the Dara Terminal become very important. The purpose of this study is to determine the operational performance and facilities as well as the current area of Dara Terminal facilities. The method used in this study is a direct survey in the field for primary data by recording the bus license plate, time of entry and exit of buses and visitors vehicles at the entrance and exit gate and recording the number of passengers and users of waiting rooms, the number of seats in passenger waiting rooms, and bus station facilities. Data collection is carried out for three days with duration of 13 hours each day.Based on the results of the analysis of the performance that has been carried out, the value for the bus queue analysis ? = 2.11> 1 indicates that there is a queue of bus services at Dara bus station. The highest value of arrival average time headway is 17 minutes 22 seconds and the departures average time headway is 12 minutes 23 seconds. The highest departure load factor is 81.44% in the ANGDES and the highest load factor is 73.64% in ANGDES too. The parking space requirement for cars and motorbikes of 128 m² can still be served by vehicle parking area in bus station, while the parking area for bus is not able to serve bus which parked in the bus parking area with the value of parking space needs 902.5 m² while the area the current bus parking area is 631.25 m². Based on the results of the performance analysis that has been done, the value obtained for bus queue analysis ? = 2.11> 1 indicates that there is a queue of bus services in Dara Terminal. The time between the highest average arrivals is 17 minutes 22 seconds and the time between the highest average departures is 12 minutes 23 seconds. The highest departure load factor was 81.44% at ANGDES and the highest arrival load factor was 73.64% at ANGDES as well. The need for parking spaces for private cars and motorbikes of 128 m² can still be served by the terminal private vehicle parking area, while the parking area for buses is not able to serve buses that park in the bus parking area with a value of 902.5 m² of parking space while the area the bus parking area is currently 631.25 m². Based on existing survey results, the bus departure lane and passenger lounge of Terminal Daral need to be renovated, or they can relocate the terminal to a wider area.

Abstract

The State of Indonesia as an archipelago with thousands of ethnic groups with a variety of different cultural customs in indigenous groups and local wisdom makes the State of Indonesia famous as a country rich in ethnicisity. The existence of indigenous community in various laws and regulations including the Constitution recognizes the existence of indigenous community and even the constitution mandates separate regulations in the form of laws to protect the existence of them and their customary rights. However, in practice in social life, their existence has not yet received serious protection from the government. This can be seen from the fact that not all regional heads inventoried and made local regulations related to indigenous community and local wisdom in their area and the rights of indigenous community to their customary territories are often disturbed by the rights granted by the laws and regulations made by the State. Whereas the state's recognition of the existence of customary law communities has been regulated in various national laws and regulations even in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, namely in the 1945 Constitution Article 18B paragraph (2) containing that the State recognizes and respects community units customary law and traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with the development of society and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as stipulated in the law.

Abstract

Red rice rice planted on dry land needs to get attention. Drought is an obstacle to increasing production on rainfed land and even irrigated fields in the dry season. What if planting is done together? it will be easier to plant by mixing legume and non-legume plants compared to blocking it apart in a mixed cropping. From the results and research, it can be concluded that: joint planting between brown upland rice and beans is obtained: the highest dry weight of straw on growing media is from Kuripan. The highest root length at giving 100% water to the growing media comes from rice plants in Kuripan. The highest dry weight of rice roots in the growing medium is from Kuripan. Kuripan also has the highest dry weight of rice roots from the growing media with 50% water supply and the greater leaf area on the growing media with 100% water supply is from Bayan
